Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To start a return, contact us at support@undrupe.com with your order number and product photos.
If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to our warehouse.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Opened or used personal care consumables (such as supplements or beauty products)
- Customized or special-order items

UK Orders:
Under UK consumer law, buyers have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery — well within the 30-day window we already offer above. Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
