1. Orders & Payments
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All payments are securely processed via M‑Pesa, PayPal, or other approved gateways.

2. Shipping & Delivery
- Local deliveries (Nairobi): 1–3 business days.
- International orders: 7–14 business days, subject to supplier timelines and customs clearance.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

3. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Customers must contact support@undrupe.com with order details and photos before returning.
- Return instructions will be provided based on supplier warehouse policies.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure accurate contact and delivery information.
- Undrupe is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs, or courier issues.

5. Store Rights
- Undrupe reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.
