The guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason at all, and we will refund the full purchase price. You do not need to explain yourself. If it did not solve the problem you bought it for, that is reason enough.

We offer this voluntarily. It is longer than the law requires and sits on top of your statutory rights rather than replacing them.

What we ask

The item comes back in resalable condition, with its original packaging and anything that shipped with it. Unpacked and tried is completely fine. Damaged through use, missing parts, or no packaging is not.

How to start a return

Email support@undrupe.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and which item you are sending back. If it is faulty or damaged, include photos.
We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
Post it back and keep your proof of postage. Until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility.
We email you once it arrives and has been checked.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unannounced returns are hard to match to an order and will slow your refund down.

Who pays return postage

Changed your mind? Return postage is yours to cover. Faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered? We cover it in full. You will never pay to correct our mistake.

The few things we cannot take back

Personal care items that have been unsealed or used, for hygiene reasons. Still sealed, they come back as normal.
Gift cards.
Items made or ordered specially for you.

None of this applies if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In those cases you are covered regardless.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Faults after 30 days

If something develops a fault later, contact us anyway. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 run well past 30 days, and we would rather fix it than point at a date.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel most online orders, and a further 14 days to return them. Our 30-day guarantee is longer and applies instead wherever it is more generous to you.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, with rights to repair or replacement beyond that. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
