What it costs
Nothing. Free standard tracked delivery is included on every UK order. There is no minimum spend and no shipping line added at checkout.
When it arrives
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.
We are honest about this: we are not a next-day courier. Our products are sourced from carefully vetted partners and the trade-off for the quality and price is a slightly longer wait. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number the moment your parcel ships. If the tracking email has not arrived within 3 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us.
If your order has not arrived
Occasionally high demand or courier delays push a parcel past the window above.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, email support@undrupe.com with your order number and we will investigate it right away. You will not be left chasing the courier yourself.
Wrong or damaged on arrival
Email support@undrupe.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage. You will not be asked to pay for our mistake.
